Soloman emphatically believes that music is something spiritual. "I only create that which is of the Creator. My soul intention is simply to be an instrument in God's symphony. I try to make music that makes you sit and think, but also get up and dance!" He is also a founding member of the hip hop group Tri-State, under Sick Minute Records as well. Tri-State is a large family in Christ, which among other artists, includes Duna ("It is What it is" - Fall 2009), Wade ("Tell 'Em" - coming soon), and D9 Supreme.
Every penny the Tri-State earns goes directly to "... feed the needy and fund the movement." In particular, a full 10% of all proceeds from "Walk through Fire" album sales go to Beyond Borders (www.beyondborders.net), a missionary team in Haiti working to aid the suffering of those that are so close to us geographically, yet so far from our socioeconomic position. This exemplifies Tri-State's mission of bringing physical and spiritual healing to those seeking life in full. The motto is LOVE LOVE, hate hate! Blessings...
